Written in an attempt to explain the difference of acts of inclusion over acts of exclusion. That everyone is fallible, we all make mistakes, and we all need to held accountable for our actions. But in order to grow and become better versions of ourselves we need space with in community to learn the lessons we need from others with a shared life experience. I wrote this essay from my own personal experience with the intention for it to be relatable to anyone who has had to go on their own journey of learning. I also wrote this essay for those of us who might think they have never been on the other side of things.
